Seeking Peace Amidst Anxiety

I’m feeling pretty overwhelmed lately. It’s like every day brings a new worry—I’m constantly thinking about my health, family, and whether I’m making the right choices as I navigate this next chapter in my life. Just last week, I found out a good friend is going through a tough time, and it weighs on my heart. Sometimes, I feel this tightness in my chest and it’s hard to breathe. I know I should trust God more, but the anxiety just creeps in. If you could pray for peace of mind and that I find the strength to let go of this worry, I would really appreciate it.
