Seeking Peace Amid Anxiety

Life has felt overwhelming lately. I’m really struggling with this nagging anxiety about my health—there have been persistent worries for the last few months, especially with my heart acting up. It’s hard to focus, and even small tasks feel monumental. I just want to feel a sense of peace, to trust that things will work out as they should. My relationships are also feeling strained; I find myself snapping at my family more than I’d like. I could really use prayers for clarity and calm in these uncertain times, and for the strength to lean into faith instead of fear.
