Seeking Peace Amid Anxiety

I've been feeling so overwhelmed lately. It’s like there’s this weight on my chest, and I can’t seem to shake it off. Work has been more stressful than usual, and the uncertainty hanging over future changes has me on edge. My heart races at night, and I find it hard to sleep—just turning things over and over in my mind. I’ve tried deep breathing and taking walks, but some days, it just feels insurmountable. I could really use prayer for peace of mind and to find trust in God as I navigate through this anxiety. I want to let go of fear and embrace the sense of calm I know is possible.
