Seeking Healing and Strength

I’ve been struggling with chronic fatigue and anxiety for the past few months, and it’s really taking a toll on my daily life. I find myself exhausted even after a full night’s sleep, which is frustrating because I have so much to manage at home and work. I also have this lingering back pain that's been hard to shake off—I’m not sure if it’s related or just stress. I have a doctor’s appointment coming up next Thursday, and I’m really hoping for some answers. Please pray for clarity and healing, that I can regain my energy and ease this burden. Any positive thoughts or prayers would mean the world right now.
