Seeking Clarity in Career Path

I've been in the same professional role for over a decade, and lately, I've felt a stir of discontent. I’m not sure if it’s burnout or a deeper calling for something different, but it’s weighing on me. There’s a big part of me that wishes I could just press pause and reflect, but the demands at work are relentless. I’m managing a team of eight right now and the stress is high; I just can’t shake this feeling that I’m meant for something more fulfilling. I have been applying for new roles and I have a promising interview scheduled for Tuesday. Honestly, I know this could be a huge turning point for me, but it also terrifies me. What if it's not the right fit? What if I fail? I want to trust the process and have faith that whatever is meant for me will come through, but I’m feeling anxious about the uncertainty. I would appreciate your prayers for clarity as I navigate this transition. I need wisdom on whether to stay put and push through this season or to take the leap into something new.
