Prayers for a Peaceful World

Honestly, I’ve been feeling really heavy about the state of the world lately. With everything going on—with wars, natural disasters, and people being persecuted for their beliefs—it feels overwhelming. Just this past week, I read about the devastating earthquake in Turkey that left countless families homeless and grieving. I can’t shake the thought of how fragile life can be; it makes me want to do more and help those suffering, but I’m not sure where to start. I know I can’t change everything, but I wish to see peace prevail—not just where it’s easy but in places where hatred has taken root. I’m especially worried for those in regions where believers face violence and hostility. There are so many who suffer silently and question their faith amid turmoil. As we observe these events unfold in the news, it burdens my heart to think about how to support them through prayer and action. Can you pray with me for healing and restoration in places torn apart by conflict? I want to pray for comfort and protection for those vulnerable and marginalized. Let us lift up the names of those we know who are struggling and seek guidance on how we can contribute to change, big or small. Together, I hope we can foster hope in our community and beyond.
