Job Search and Workplace Stress

Things have been pretty overwhelming lately, honestly. I’m looking for a new job after being with the same company for over a decade, and it’s tough. I haven’t had many interviews, which adds to the pressure. There's this one position I applied for at a nonprofit that really speaks to my heart. The interview is next Wednesday, and I feel both excited and terrified. Please pray that I can present myself confidently and that they see my passion for the mission. On top of that, the stress from my current workplace is really weighing on me. Each day feels like I'm walking on eggshells, and it’s hard to focus on anything other than the toxic environment. I want to navigate this transition smoothly without letting the chaos around me affect my faith or my family. Balancing everything is tough—I've got home responsibilities that I can't ignore, and I feel burnt out. I’m hoping for clarity on what my next steps should be—where I’m meant to go and what I’m meant to do. If you could keep me in your thoughts and prayers, I’d really appreciate it.
