Gratitude for Life's Blessings

I wanted to take a moment to share how thankful I am for the many blessings in my life during this season of reflection. Honestly, with my grandkids visiting last weekend, I was reminded how joyful it is to watch them grow. We spent hours reminiscing, laughing, and making new memories, which felt like a sweet echo of my own childhood. There have been tough moments, like when my health issues made it hard to keep up, but I can see God’s hand in those struggles as well, providing for my needs in unexpected ways, especially through family support. I’m particularly grateful for the answered prayers over the past few months, whether it was finding rejuvenating energy through treatments or connecting with old friends who were just a call away when I needed some encouragement. It’s easy to get lost in the worries about uncertainty, but I keep reminding myself of God’s faithfulness. As I approach my 70th birthday next month, I find myself reflecting more and more on the past and what lies ahead.
