Facing Constant Worry and Anxiety

I’m feeling really anxious lately. It seems like the weight of everything is piling up—work deadlines, family needs, and my own expectations. I can hardly sleep well because my mind races with worry about the future. There's this job evaluation coming up next week that has me doubting my abilities, and I can't shake this feeling that I'm not doing enough, no matter how hard I try. Honestly, I just want to feel some peace in my heart and trust that God has a plan, but right now, it feels tough. If you could say a prayer for me to find tranquility and confidence in these overwhelming times, I'd be so grateful.
